For another year Monroe Boy Scout Troop 54 is proud to be hosting and organizing the City of Monroe's 4th of July parade! If your organization or business would like to participate in the 4th of July parade this year please fill out the following Google Form and we will get back to you shortly.
For 2026 we encourage everyone to build a float / decorate their vehicles and bring some music to the parade, so much so we are turning it into a competition! Get creative and get entertaining, we will have prizes for the top 3 / winners of this competition. To enter just let us know on the google form sign up.
The parade will start at Monroe Krogers down Macready Ave. into Elm St., turning onto Main St. then ending at Monroe Community Park. The start time for the parade is 10:00am!
Lining up procedure: Red zone is the only zone that will be organized in the formation it is written on this document. All other zones it’s first come first serve. If you want to be next to an organization within your zone you must reach out to them. First come, first in line!
Entering your zone please enter through your designated entrance as depicted on the map. Yellow & Blue zones will share an entrance and Green & Orange will share the other entrance.
When parking your vehicles / lining up, please line up as close to the cone wall or concrete curb of your Zone. Each zone will be over 30’+ wide, so that’s plenty of width for everyone. Please don’t get too close to the person in front of you, but definitely squeeze in enough to fit everyone.
Parade Dismissal / Start: The parade will start with the Red Zone. After Red team starts moving Yellow team will follow, Blue team follows Yellow, Green team follows Blue, Orange team follows Green, White follows Orange.
*Please pull into your correct zone when you arrive! Red zone is the only “organized” zone!
